Warm Up Data Guide

We have recently added the ability to display warm up data in both the graph preview, and the timing tool. You can see an example of this here.

We are working to gather the additional warm up data and load it into the tool. If you want to speed up the process, and see warmup data on your favorite ride, you can help!

To help, simply pick a ride where we don't have warm up data, and take notes for us. Just note each zone change, and what time it happens. For example, for a 45 minute ride, the list might look like this:

ZoneTime Started
Intro45:00
SU40:27
139:59
SU39:43
139:14
SU38:58
138:31
337:59
436:55
536:00
635:30
135:00
Main Set Starts33:55

The structure is almost always the same. The question is how many spinnups are there, and what range the build runs between (and of course, what time each change happens). There's an intro, where you wake up the legs for 3-4 minutes. Then you move to spinnups, alternating between spinnups and Z1. Then a Z1 rest. Then a few minute build. Then a Z1 rest. Then the main set starts.

So just send us an email with what you class have data for (instructor, date, and time!), and then a list of those zones and times. We'll get the data loaded, and then you and the rest of the Peloton community can enjoy the graphs and timers for that ride.
